    Great for training and heavy bag

    If I’m doing a short heavy bag workout of Muay Thai workout on the bag these are my go to gloves. Not hear but padded enough to save the hands and allow hard strikes. In class they give me the ability to move between striking and hands on ground work without taking gloves on and off and allows light contact with training partners. The glove is well made and the neoprene finger holds are comfortable and hold well.
